HOW TO RETURN
We suggest that you return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and include the RA# provided on the outside of the box. Please make sure that shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for full replacement value. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refunded.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Before returning, please call or email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (213) 749-8004 to retrieve a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This must be written outside of the return box/envelope. Please note that any returns sent without a RA# will be refused and sent back to sender and no refund or exchange will be issued. Merchandise must be returned new and have all original tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if any of the above is violated.
