Returns/Exchanges

Before returning, please call or email Customer Support at admin@naked-zebra.com or at (213) 749-8004 to retrieve a Return Authorization Number (RA#).This must be written outside of the return box/envelope. Please note that any returns sent without a RA# will be refused and sent back to sender and no refund or exchange will be issued. All Returns and Exchanges must be sent back to us postmarked within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned new and have all original tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if any of the above is violated.
Returns
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below: All returning orders must be authorized by a Customer Support Representative A Customer Support Representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be needed when completing the next step There will be Return and Exchange Form sent to you. Please fill out, include RA#, and ship it with the merchandise you wish to return Pack return items in the safe and seal packaging box/envelope

Drop off at mail carrier of your choice. You will be notified once we receive return merchandise.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, please follow the steps below:
  1. Fill out the form attached
  2. Pack the merchandise in the original packaging or other packaging if original box is not available. The following information should be on the outside of the package
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us with the following information on the outside of the package

Exchange shipping back to the customer is on us!
Once we receive the merchandise, we will ship the exchange item(s) out to you!
In the case that the item(s) wanted for exchange is unavailable, we will contact you and refund the amount of the item(s) back to the form of payment that was used to purchase the order.
Reserved Exchange
We also offer a reserved exchange option. You can repurchase the item(s) wanted for exchange over the phone (excluding shipping cost). We will not ship out the new item(s) until we receive a trackable tracking number of the merchandise you are returning or until it has arrived at our facility. We will then refund you for the original item(s) within 14 business days.
All of our SALE items are non refundable and non returnable. All sale items are final sale.
We only accept ONE exchange per order. Customer may not exchange again if he/she has already previously exchanged an item(s) in the order.
Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?
If the order has not been packed or shipped out, an order may be changed or cancelled. Please call us at 213-749-8004 as soon as you want to change or cancel your order and a representative will check the status of your order for you.
